Lakes Region Community Emergency Response Team
Rehabilitation Unit

Lakes Region Community Emergency Response Team (LR-CERT) is working with the Gilford Fire Department to develop a Rehabilitation Unit of LR-CERT. This unit will work with the Emergency Medical Services while local responders are on extended calls.

While EMS evaluate Firefighters to assure that they are medically fit to return to the fire, the Rehab Unit will help to provide food and hydration to firefighters before they return to the fire.
